Location was perfect.

I liked that it was clean and fresh bedding

TV was not working with no remote , bathroom sink broken not working and cold water in the shower.

I liked how the room was very comfortable, and the space is good.

When we came in the room a tea bag was on the floor and alot of ants came it was clean and all it was just that tea bag that made whole lot of ants. And the beds draw fell out when I opened it it was loose but everything else was okay.

TV remote buttons jamming or not working at all, shower was not hot even in the morning. Had to shower with cold water.

A clean bed, safe area.

Unprepared staff. Waited a half hour from arriving for them to confirm my booking. There is no balcony. The small TV was useless because the WiFi was terrible, the staff were reluctant to give the WiFi password out of fear of their WiFi being slower. Had a conversation with my partner in the room and I got a knock on my door about being too loud. Got a knock 30 minutes before checking out that I need to leave. Felt very uncomfortable. Wouldn't go back.
