The hotel is in a fairly central location near Kamala Beach. It is not right in the middle of the chaos, but it is still very easy to reach and convenient for getting around. When we stayed in other parts of Phuket, transportation was a much bigger issue, so the location was definitely one of the main advantages here. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the stay more pleasant. Overall, it was a satisfying stay and the hotel met expectations

Personally, when I am in Phuket, I am more drawn to places with more traditional architectural character, especially local roof forms and details. This hotel felt quite modern to me. Although I was satisfied with the stay, if I return to Phuket, the main reason I would choose this hotel again would be its location

Beautiful room with it's own pool. Great beach access! Daily breakfast was fantastic. This was an excellent resort.

Really nothing. Getting around the resort requires an app that calls for buggy service and a couple of times I accidentally deleted the app but that was more on me. Otherwise, it's a pretty handy and efficient means of getting around and communicating.
