Once we figured out how to get in it was very nice. Kudos to the person who answered the phone at 2 am.

Localização boa. Estacionamento gratuito. Cozinha bem equipada. Check in e check out práticos. Tem máquinas de lavar e secar na parte comum.

A iluminação do espaço é péssima, muito escuro. Não tinha toalha de rosto. Só toalhas de banho. Existe 1 banheiro completo mas o outro é somente vaso sanitário e pia. Recebi um e-mail no check out que eu precisava retirar todos os lixos do local e outras solicitações que me causou estranheza. Eu nunca deixaria um local sujo mas ter que preocupar com certos detalhes achei um abuso até porque a taxa de limpeza suponho estar inclusa.

It was clean and the owners communicated well with me in getting in. Most properties in Florida are old but well cared for - but this is very much need of updating.

On day two there were 3 plumbers walking around in my apartment with the door wide open. As I wanted to sleep during the day this was impossible as the noise was awful and equipment everywhere- not mentioning the security risk as all my belongings were in the room. I left immediately. The company offered a refund that added up to having to still pay $549.50 for one night. Also, listen to the noise in the video.

Great location, fantastic flat, super clean, cozy, comfy, and complete, with all facilities (towels, blankets, tableware, even food, we had access to everything we needed). At arrival we had a cute present from the host, quite thoughtful. Excellent communication with them as well, they were quite responsive and willing to solve every request we had straight away. This is one of the best experiences we've had regarding renting a flat, it's worth the money. Super recommended.
