Basic but pleasant accommodations. We stayed here during a road trip and appreciated the 24 hour staff and security. Good location just off the highway.

There were 2 huge spiders in the room. There was also a big black bug. It stated that it was pet friendly but when I checked in I was charged an additional $45 a day for my pets. I stayed in a Marriott in the Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri for 3 days a few weeks ago and my stay at the Walnut Inn for 3 days was more expensive. There was nothing staying I would be charged a pet fee when I arrived. I wasn’t charged a pet fee at the Marriott.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was easy to get to, clean and comfortable.

Some Beatles crawled under the door overnight and died so their little bodies were around the door in the morning.

The parking lot was destroyed. No clear path to office. More like a minimum security prison
