DIMORA PETRA -SUITES-

I am writing this review as I feel the experience we had did not match the photos or the description provided. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with several aspects of our stay. First, the room had a very bright green light positioned above the door, which remained illuminated throughout the night. It was so intense that it made it extremely difficult to get any decent sleep. Additionally, there was a persistent, loud noise—sounding like a generator—that ran during the night, further disrupting our rest. Communication was also lacking; we did not receive any check-in instructions from the property, and I had to proactively reach out to the accommodation myself to coordinate our arrival. Regarding the facilities, the balcony was a key reason we chose this property, but the reality did not live up to the photos. It appeared quite run-down and poorly maintained, leading us to believe the images online are likely several years old. Finally, the stairs to the room and the balcony are quite narrow and feel dangerous.

Sehr sauber, gemütlich, modern und tolle Lage mitten in der Bari Vecchia - und wunderschöne großzügige Dachterrasse, die man mitnutzen kann. Für einen Aufenthalt von 1-2 Tagen in Bari total super :)

Small comfortable and welcoming room with everything we needed! Great location in old town. Hosts provided lots of tourist information. The terrace is very cute and great spot to enjoy a bottle of wine.

The steps to the apartment are quite steep. I was glad we were on the lower floor. It would have been difficult to get our luggage up the very, very steep stairs to the 1st floor apartment and terrace. The room only has 1 small window - it didnt worry us and let a lovely breeze in, but something to be aware of.

Die Lage war sehr toll, mitten im historischen Zentrum! Die Dachterrasse war ein Highlight (wenn man es schafft die steile Treppe zu erklimmen)

Die Kommunikation war leider sehr zäh und schleppend. Alle Infos kamen ausschließlich auf mehrfache Nachfrage und der Check-In wurde etwas chaotisch über das eigene Restaurant gelöst. Angela war dabei allerdings sehr freundlich und bemüht. Bei der Ausstattung standen außerdem nur dünne Plastik Becher zur Verfügung, die weder für Kaffe noch für Tee geeignet sind und bei heißem Wasser schmelzen. Wenn schon Einweg dann bitte wenigstens Pappbecher..
