B&B Residenza De Rose

La struttura è molto pulita e situata in una zona silenziosa e fresca (d’estate è tanta roba). Ho trovato un vassoio con la colazione per due persone e ho apprezzato molto. Devo dire che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è altissimo, davvero una bella camera, pulita e accogliente. Anche il check-in è stato semplice, ho ricevuto tutte le informazioni per telefono. Mi sono sentito accolto e coccolato. La consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente altre volte! Voto 10!

Man muss eine dunkle unsaubere Treppe zu der Ferienzimmer Etage runter. Etwas abgewohnt alles. Check-in war für 14 Uhr verabredet. Also man um 14 Uhr 15 nachfragt, was nun sei, weiss man von nichts. Nach längerem Hin und Her unter Herbeiziehung anderer Personen bekommt man nach Zusendung eines Porträtfotos von sich die Absage, dass man nicht persönlich erscheine und stattdessen den Zugangscode per WhatsApp bekomme. Das hätte man früher haben können. 45 Minuten verspätet kriegt man Zugang. Es ist die Sorte Vermieter, die irgendwie nicht mit dem Mietobjekt gesehen werden will, und deshalb nicht erscheint. Muss man nicht wiederholen.

Il servizio è perfetto! Organizzazione, igiene che è la cosa che più di tutte conta ed infine struttura bella ed efficiente. L'Oste è molto attento e disponibile verso il cliente, ma soprattutto organizzato, preciso, disponibile, fornisce indicazioni molto chiare e risponde sempre al cellulare per garantire la riuscita del soggiorno. Struttura impeccabile!!!

The room was large, very modern and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable big bed. The room had windows that opened outside, was nice and light, squeaky clean and set in a secure, quiet location within walking distance to local attractions in the old town. Because we dont speak Italian and the owner was not on the site, he sent an English speaking woman within half an hour who explained everything to us and asked if we needed anything. We did need a double adapter (the TV, fridge and kettle all ran off one electricity outlet) and she returned within 20 minutes with it. She was extremely helpful. We explained that we were staying 2 nights and there was not much breakfast for 2 nights. She said it would be replenished.

A B&B means bed and breakfast. For 2 people there was 1 small package of cereal with milk, 2 little cakes, 2 packets of dry continental toast, 2 marmalades, 1 tea bag and 2 coffees. That's all fine and normal but no plate for the toasts and no knife to spread on the marmalade. The cereal.....how do I eat it? No bowl for the cereal and milk and no spoon. It was a bit weird. All supplied but no way to eat it. The next day we got another cereal but no more milk even though I drank the milk the day before. Also, the bathroom had no place for towels. It would be good if they placed hooks at the back of the door. Such an easy thing to do.
