Eu já havia estado no apartamento antes, mas dessa vez ele estava com um problema no banheiro e deixaram pra nós avisar faltando 1 hora pro check in tendo em vista que isso poderia ter sido avisado mais cedo e então podíamos pensar com calma, nos deram a opção de outro apartamento em outra região ( a princípio escolhi esse apartamento porque eu estava viajando com amigos que se hospedaram na rua debaixo). Eu não aceitei e então enviaram alguém para resolver o problema. Isso atrasou um compromisso que eu tinha para aquela noite porque mesmo que eles tenham acesso ao apartamento eu não gostaria que tivesse alguém lá sem uma supervisão de nós que estamos nos hospedando.

Para empezar me hicieron dos cargos en la tarjeta que después de 10 días me devolvieron el primero después de varias reclamaciones. Para la devolución del segundo otros 10 días mas. La casa esta sin mantenimiento, no hay agua caliente en el baño pequeño. La silla rota, la cama de la habitación principal rota, el grifo del lavabo del baño pequeño roto. Todo sucio, por todas las ventanas solo se ve andamios.

The cleanliness wasn’t up to scratch and on giving feedback to the company we didn’t get any response. It’s also far too noisy as the communal door is right next to the front door and people come and go all night. Also there’s no microwave which seems a bit silly but being GF I always pack home cooked frozen meals and I couldn’t use them lol

Was a lovely stay but was confusion with check in my fault and staff were very helpful

Clean & spacious & walking distance to city centre & train station.

The sofa bed wasn’t made up when we requested this in advance & when we made it up it sloped at the head & feet.

OK sized rooms and centeral location

Money taken two weeks before stay., and informed rates are cheaper direct. Then before access is allowed they want you to go to their website and sign their terms and leave a security deposit. No mention of this before hand. No security deposit no access codes. These come 15 minutes before your stay. Access is quite the faff with three codes in all. Part of this was to temporarily park outside, but the road was closed and had been since 3 weeks ago.

The beds/mattresses are terrible. Should invest in king size beds and good quality mattresses.

Size of the apartment is indeed quite large, and everything is in close proximity. Also the apartment is on the ground floor, save carrying luggage to go upstairs.
