The host was very informative. She messaged me early in the morning with instructions on how to access the apartment, as it was in a bit of a tricky spot. We had no trouble finding it, and could access with ease. The apartment is clean, centrally located, and exactly as it was described. Definitely recommend for a short stay in Parma!

Clear instructions from the host regarding location and check-in. The apartment is central and close to restaurants and supermarket. The apartment was exceptionally clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Paid public parking is available less than 1km away from the apartment and the host provided clear instructions on how to reach the apartment. Will definitely recommend. The apartment is in the city centre. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet.

Location! Nice place, big room, windows can be open, balcony. Thankfully, it was warm to sleep well in these cold spring days, nice bed, free water, and some breakfast items. Kitchen and microwave.

Directions were a little confused, I saw other tourists struggling to find the place and unlock the black box with the card. I called and got better instructions. However, many tourists don't have internet or cannot make phone calls in Europe. Shower drainage was clogged. I sent the message, and the lady told me it'd be fixed the next day. When I explained we shower early to go out and explore the city, she sent her father to unclog the drain. I think preventive maintenance would be better than having guests complaining at night. Another bathroom problem, I ran out of hot water every morning at 7 am. I could hear the water heater running all night, but when I showered, it never turned on. How can hot water turn cold in 15 minutes? We were two people, so my sister had to wait almost 40 minutes to have enough hot water. Strangely, that didn't happen at night.

The location in the heart of The Old Town, 18 min walk to the Railway Station. Well furnished, comfy ,with well equipped kitchenette. Fantastic bathroom.

There is a strange noise, even at night, guess from outside ahops air,-conditioning. A bit absent- minded Staff.

Centrally located, easy access, good instructions, comfortable bed, nice furnishing.
