Pool Home Nr DT River Walk Alamo WiFi Yard

The property is absolutely beautiful, with everything you could possibly need, from a coffee maker to facial cotton pads. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the freeway, and offers plenty of indoor family game options.

The pool was unclean, and we weren’t informed that we couldn’t use the backyard after 10 p.m. before booking the property. We understood that we couldn’t make noise, but we weren’t aware that we couldn’t go outside to read a book or do other activities. We weren’t given the alarm system password or any information about it, so when we tried to leave for the day the next morning, the alarm went off, and we couldn’t reach the property manager to turn it off. My husband, who wears hearing aids, suffered a migraine because of the loud beeping sound of the alarm. I left a voicemail for the property manager, and she returned our call a few minutes later and gave us the password. However, not long after, the police arrived and had to conduct a walkthrough of the property, asking each family member questions and showing proof of our rental information. As a result, we ended up being late for our reservations, which dampened the mood for the day. We were also given instructions to take out the trash cans from the curb before leaving, but the garage where the trash cans were located was securely locked, so we couldn’t follow the instructions. Instead, we simply took the trash with us and threw it away outside the home.

The house was amazing! Everything was clean! I would absolutely book again! The host was so nice and great communication!

It was nice and spacious, didn’t like the added fee I had to pay not listed on your sight but once booked had to pay another $35.00

The added fee on top of all the fees. If I pay a cleaning fee why do I have to take the garbage out and load the dishwasher and such rules ??

Spacious and convenient location.

Directions and videos not clear. At front door sign to take out garbage to curb. Video shows where garbage cans located. When we went to get cans garbage was overflowing, diapers and garbage all the way down alley. Called number, lady said to put out cans and would send someone to pick up mess. I also confirmed that cans go to front curb, she said yes, but no they pick up in alley. Luckily they came on a different day than directions say. No one ever came to pick up mess. Smell of wood kitchen cupboards was awful. Found garbage under bed and under sink in master. Window was also open, couldn’t close…. We fixed it to close. Says no pets, but there was a water bowl and dog chew bone on patio. Pool and outdoor area dirty with leaves and branches.
