Вполне приемлемый вариант за свою цену. Хорошее расположение. В квартире было чисто, с горячей водой проблем не было, интернет работал.

В квартире было холодно (конец мая) , приходилось включать обогреватель. На кухне - 1 очень маленькая и плохая сковородка и дощечка для нарезки продуктов, тупые ножи.

Высокие потолки, местоположение.

В какой то момент в душе закончилась горячая вода. Пришлось мыться ледяной. ;)
