Romilly 32 Beachfront

I had stayed in the Strand before and love the vibe. This apartment is comfortable; comes with all the necessary linen, appliances, and kitchenware; and has a killer view of the beach. We were in town both to sightsee and to get some work done, and we were able to do both with ease here. The designated parking space was very welcome. It is possible to walk to the Checkers in Paardevlei or the Spar on Broadway. The wifi worked well -- which can sometimes be an issue in this area.

Leg coasters for the chairs around the dining table might prevent a visit from the angry neighbor downstairs. (Everyone else in the building was totally friendly.)

The unit was clean, minimalistic, and modern. All utensils and appliances in working order and furnished with everything I needed. The host was attentive and accommodating. I would highly recommend it to solo or couples traveling for leisure or work.

This apartment is right on the beach and close to everything. Very safe and secure.

Had to wait for sign in but host was apologetic. The electricity went off and had to wait hours but decided to buy and minutes later the host bought as there was a delay from owner to buy and having to sit the dark.
