A bit awkward finding car park

Não tenho do que reclamar , somente o preço um pouco alto para a localização ser longe dos pontos turísticos poderiam somente fazer um preço melhor … Mas fora isso tudo ok

Well located near shops, pubs and restaurants and a great park 2 minutes away. Apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and suitably equipped. Good value in a pricey area. Excellent communication and support from management.

Public areas are dull and need a good upgrade. The first impression wasn’t great and not indicative of the apartment itself.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was impeccably clean, and it had everything we needed for a long or short stay. The furniture was new and of good quality, and check-in was easy and convenient. I would return whenever necessary.

The only problem is that the bedroom curtain doesn't completely block out the light, so for people who like to sleep in late, this might be a issue since the sun shines in all day, but I managed to solve the problem easily .Apart from that minor detail, everything was perfect and there was nothing to complain about.

Parking facility was very unclear, left me with a £600 fine, hotel didn’t help.

Great location with a Nonsuch Park at the doorstep for morning strolls, good transport link with Cheam station and buses. Nicely decorated. Stayed in a couple of apartments, the one overlooking parking was the most comfortable, with nice decor. Great broadband Internet.

Overall the property needs some more attention, such as the microwave had smell of burned food, I don't remember towel hooks in the bathroom, which presented a challenge as I've stayed with a family. One of the apartments, which was under the roof and overlooking the Ewell Road, was quite claustrofobic due to low ceilings (the other aparment, overlooking the parking lot on a lower floor was good though).

Well situated in the centre of Cheam close to shops, restaurants and bus and train routes. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and the heaters were effective at warming the place up. Free parking. It’s not quite home from home but we would stay again. I had problems with the online check-in process but these were quickly resolved by the readily available admin and all the door codes worked well.

We didn’t dislike anything about the apartment - it served our purposes well. A few minor details would improve it eg: hand soap in bathrooms plus shower gel/shampoo; a mirror in the master bedroom would be useful; a bowl suitable for microwave cooking. The apartment is probably ready for a coat of paint in truth. Finally the building’s communal areas - corridors etc didn’t seem to be cleaned which gave an unsettling first impression.

Beautiful apartment, and very spacious. There is a lift and the washing machine worked great. Keypad for front door which is convenient. The only problem is the shower is hard to get into and the floor is very slippery. Also, the lobby is not very nice in the building.

Early check out time of 10am and no luggage storage!
