We want you to have an amazing stay, but we also ask that you respect our property and the neighborhood. Please follow these house rules. 1. Please respect the check-in and check-out time 2. Please do not share the keys/key codes with unregistered guests 3. No parties or large gatherings are allowed 4. Please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am 5. No illegal substances or activities are allowed 6. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigaret allowed anywhere inside or on the apartment balcony/terrace 7. No pets are allowed unless authorized at the time of booking (fees apply £24 per night per pet) 8. Please be careful not to damage the furnishings or ornaments 9. Please turn off the lights, and electric heating when you go out 10. Please take care to close windows and lock the door securely behind you when you’re not in the property 11. Please wash your dishes 12. Housekeeper will come every week after one week of check-in to clean the apartment and change the Linen, unless requested to change ‘subject to availability’ or not included during the stay 13. Please dispose of RUBBISH/TRASH in bin bags at the designated bins during the specified days and timings outlined in the Arrival Instructions . Please note that these apartments/premises are strictly NON-SMOKING, and any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of £250 and any additional cleaning charges incurred. Please be aware that any damages caused to the apartment or its furnishings will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. In the event that the cost of repairs exceeds the amount of the security deposit, you will be held liable for the additional expenses. 14.If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to £249 after check-out, according to this property damage policy. EMERGENCY INFORMATION  In the event of a fire, please evacuate the building immediately through the main entrance and proceed to the opposite side of the road. Responding to emergencies promptly and safely and contacting the local authorities immediately is crucial. For emergencies, dial 999 to reach the police, fire department, or ambulance. If the situation is not an emergency, you can dial 101. We appreciate your prompt communication and cooperation in ensuring the safety and well-being of all our guests.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Wonderful stay"

They gave all the info before we arrived. The place was well stocked and clean. When ever we had a query, we texted them n they responded very quickly. The cleaning lady did an excellent job halfway thru our 2 weeks stay.

One issue we had was the washing machine. This was not the facilities fault, but just having this brand.(we googled) There were no instructions, but they responded quickly when we struggled. Other was safety bars on the bathtub, as the tub was very high n awkward to step in and out.

"Nice decoration but facilities and services not ready for 2+ days booking."

New and modern decoration. Digital lock is used. Enough public parking space. Easy to find restaurants

* check-out time at 10am which is earlier than standard check-out time. Beware before booking. * Attitude of staff was not helpful at all. You would feel that your request was annoying. * Facilities not well ready for use, need to fix and repair the next day - (1) toilet seat is loosen that you can’t use it. The toilet seat will automatically closed and hit your back when you sit on it. The situation was even worse after the next day repair. (2) The boiler was programmed to no hot water in mid-night though it’s fixed next day afternoon. * Dirty towels - the towels were dirty and dropped on the floor when check-in. They could only replenish in the next day and gave you the feeling that you were so annoying. The towels turns black (like mould) after 2 days. * totally got only half roll of toilet paper for your 7-day booking apartment with two toilets. When you asked for more just after check-in, the reply was “only one roll of toilet paper will be provided, you can go to supermarket to buy” * poor security - the back door to Carpark is faulty, no passcode was required to enter through building. * front entrance door was malfunction, you need to wait for somebody come oit to open the store for you. Or you have to walk 3-5 minutes to enter the building from the Carpark back door.

Great apartment, very well kept and clean in a nice and quiet area with all the required services no more than 5 minutes away.

We stayed over the heatwave and the apartment was extremely warm.
