Car parking, was annoying having to move car due to parking restrictions between 8 and 6, Monday to Friday.

The beds were amazing, the house was massive and clean with a lot of attention to detail and good hospitality. We liked the fact that there was good ease to entry in and out of the house and that there was tv's in the majority of rooms. The aesthetic of the house was really good. The location was also ideal in terms of proximity to other spots in Manchester.

The only room for improvement is that the downstairs bathroom didn't match the aesthetic of the upstairs bathroom.

I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was unmatched. They had food, snacks, and water bottles thoughtfully prepared for us, which was such a welcoming touch. The pictures simply do not do justice to how stunning the place truly is it exceeded all expectations! The atmosphere was nothing short of high-class, with every detail carefully curated to create an elegant and luxurious experience. The hostess Kam, was beyond polite, helpful and amazing. I can’t thank her enough for everything that she did. She amended our checkout to be later as some of the guest trains got delayed, in addition to this she gave an item that I forgot at the property back to me. The communication was amazing. Her reply times were quick and she was always lovely to speak to. The place was beyond clean and the smelled amazing, by far the best accommodation that I’ve ever stayed in and the other guest would agree. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Stunning property! Every rooms was so nice and everything was comfortable!

Beautiful home, modern and very clean. Good location around 15 minutes to get into the centre of Manchester. There was a lovely welcome basket and all the essentials you may need for your stay. Perfect for a big group or a family! Will definitely be back

Honestly could not thank the hosts enough for the most amazing stay!! We visited for my Mam's 65th Birthday and they had arranged a beautiful personalised balloon, chocolates and card. The most amazing touches. The house is absolutely outstanding. It's all practically brand new. So modern and clean. We all commented on how comfy the beds were and have checked where duvets and pillows were from, so we can buy them!! Honestly some of the best nights sleeps ever. One bedroom and bathroom are on ground floor, which was fantastic, as one of our party struggled with mobility. Loads of towels provided. Loads of treats provided - hot cross buns, bottled water, etc. Very much appreciated. About £8 in an Uber to city centre - great location for a group wanting to be able to chill together as well as enjoy Manchester. Best house i've ever booked and i've organised alot of trips! Excellent, gracious hosts - thank you so so much! Can't wait to return!!

Absolutely nothing!!

Everything about the house was perfect. It was so spacious and equipped with absolutely everything you might need. The addition of food and drinks in the fridge was a lovely surprise. All the kitchen facilities were great. The beds were so comfortable. Couldn’t fault anything about the property, the owners were on hand if needed.

Traffic could be busy getting into town in the evening, but the property is definitely walkable to the city centre.

This property is absolutely faultless, everything and more is provided for your stay, Plenty of parking outside, The house is immaculately finished, The beds are better than most 5 star hotels we have stayed in, We stayed as a group of 9 and everyone commented on how perfect it was throughout our stay. We will definitely return. Uber is just £7 in to town too

We just wished we had booked an extra night!

The property was exceptionally clean, extremely stylish and the host was super accommodating with all requests. The small selection of welcome snacks laid out really did make all the difference after a long journey up! The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the whole stay was superb. Would stay again for sure!
