Mood Lodging Óbidos - Loft with mezzanine

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this accommodation. The location is excellent and just a short walk from the historic old town, right outside the city walls, with convenient parking directly in front of the house. The apartment seemed to be freshly renovated, very comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The hosts also provided a fantastic guide with restaurant recommendations and tips on exploring the city, which was incredibly helpful. What really made our stay exceptional was the kindness of the hosts. We had a medical emergency during our visit, and they went above and beyond by arranging a doctor’s appointment for us. Their care and support meant so much, and we cannot thank them enough. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located place with truly outstanding hosts, this is an excellent choice.

Our hosts Tiago and Dora are amazing. Tiago showed us the apartment and even create his own map with landmarks, which were excellent. Great hospitality!!

Tiago and Dora have completely redefined what it means to be a great host. From the moment they greeted us on arrival, personally walking us through the apartment and making sure we felt at home, it was clear these two genuinely care about their guests. The touches they'd thought of were extraordinary: a custom Google Map of Óbidos with all their favourite spots marked out, traditional cookies and a bottle of homemade ginja made by Tiago's father. That kind of warmth is simply not something you can manufacture. The apartment itself is stunning. The view of the walled city is breathtaking, the walk to the entrance is just minutes away, and the space was immaculate with everything you could possibly need. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. If you're visiting Óbidos, stop searching. Book this. You will not find better hosts anywhere.

Great location, wonderful accommodations, and Tiago was like having your own tour guide. He took the time to give us great info about the area and what to see. Made for a great experience!

9/10 for me but the hosts were so nice, that's why I'll put the 10. The beds/rooms are not separated by a door, keep in mind for privacy and noise. The beds are not the most comfortable (subjective!, they weren't bad!). Other than that EVERYTHING WAS GOOD and definitely can recommend. Nice tips for obidos and super friendly hosts. Everything was clean and flat was comfortable and nice. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Don't go to the recommended restaurant "Ja!mon Ja!mon", it was good in the past but not anymore. Plenty of other good options

The property was in a perfect location outside of the walled city. Easy to walk to everything and great parking too.

Lo mejor de todo sin duda son los propietarios Dora y Tiago, te están esperando cuando llegas y te explican todo sobre Óbidos. Después está el apartamento situado en un lugar inmejorable, está a cinco minutos del centro y es que no le falta de nada, vamos que parece que estrenas la casa tú.
