GBWaited 3 hours trying to contact the owners to get the keys with no response .... Ended up getting a hotel for the night for myself and my young Daughter at an extra £200 .
GBI didn’t like that, after booking the apartment I was offered an opportunity to cancel which I didn’t take. I was then emailed that I was being cancelled, unless I took a second night which I didn’t want. I don’t know how this host feels about feedback but, treat people shabbily, and you’ll get shabby feedback. Seems fair.
