The lighting climbing the steps was horrible. The air conditioner was turned off when we got there and it took quite along time to cool off the apartment. Also did not like the hole in the balcony ceiling. Poop all over and birds flying in and out right above our heads.

Very nice place, great location!

Very cute set up! We had a small group of girls for a bachlorette trip and it was perfect for it.

The stairs were tough, but worth it for the view out the window.

They were so easy and flexible.

The kitchen and bathroom were very nicely updated. The living room was decorated nicely.

There was no warning that it was a third floor unit and there was no elevator. Five 70+ year old women had to climb three flights of stairs, dragging coolers and luggage. There should’ve been a statement to that in their rental ads. I had no idea until the morning that we got there that we were going to have to climb three flights of stairs. The carpeting in the dining room was filthy. We were afraid to walk on it was so bad. There were no linens for the sofa bed, which we needed to use because there were five people in our party. The linens in the other beds were old and worn. I understand it’s an extremely old building, but there’s no reason that a rental unit that is being offered as a 5-star rental shouldn’t rate 5 stars.

Great location, Clean and comfortable Place, Manager was really helpful.
