Clean, secure and central location

Not realised the distance from point of collecting the key to the actual apartment. Took me 10 to 15mns walk. Will be ideal to keep the key at Icon to avoid multiple pick-up points.

The first thing i didn't like is about booking dot com not the property. You slide the bar for your budget and booking dot com continues to include properties with crazy taxes with almost 50% of your budget. Secondly, The fact the the security doesn't know who to contact, there is no reception and the address of the property and the address of the place you collect the keys are not the same is atrocious. This should be what a guest uses to decide on taking a property not after money has been refunded. It is wrong and it is an inconvenience. And one pot was missing a lid

The collective of keys in a different location, no early check in and owner doesn’t answer calls. The rude cleaning lady, woke us up with a bang, sooo rude

The comfortability and neatness

The balcony. Balconies are small elevated platforms that are affixed to a given room in the house. So you can’t tell me you’ve got a balcony only to see a door that can be opened but can’t access the balcony or even put a chair there to sit.

Apartment was lovely and clean, had all I needed and is so well located close to the CTICC for the conference I attended.
