"I would never stay here again"

The physical location near SM City Cebu mall and the balcony view of the city and the shipping yard facilities where the only real plus's

The check-in was difficult and arduous the parking was difficult and cost P300 per night and trying to use the pool was ignorant you have to have extra clothes and take a shower before using the pool and carry your own towels to the pool difficult would be putting it lightly and trying to go up and down the elevator was ridiculous there are only 3 elevators and there are 30 floors and hundreds of guests on the day of check out it took me 45 minutes to get to the lobby due to the elevators being filled with people I had to pass up 4 elevators before I could get on one

Perfect Location as just accross SM City Cebu.

Long Queues at Elevator (upto 30 minutes) During our stay no water supply due to typhoon which is understandable but NO INFO at all during booking or after confirmation. We only find out at Check-In
