Καλή τοποθεσία. Κεντρικά με άμεση πρόσβαση σε σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Έχει αρκετή φασαρία λόγω του ότι είναι κεντρικό το σημείο αλλά και η μουσική από το μπαρ ακούγεται αρκετά.

Δύσκολο το παρκάρισμα. Η πρόσβαση στο κτίριο γίνεται μόνο με κλειδί. Θα ήταν πιο εύχρηστο αν έβαζαν πρόσβαση στο κτίριο με κωδικό ώστε να μπορούν να κινούνται όλοι ελεύθερα χωρίς το κλειδί στο χέρι.
