Excellent value for money with a clean comfy air conditioned room, and no loud noises at night keeping us up. The surrounding area isn’t great but there are frequent 20 minute buses straight to venice a minutes walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great breakfast and staff. The owners were so friendly, I really enjoyed my stay! Only downside is the location, but for people who can’t afford staying in the island, this is the perfect choice. There is a bus going directly to the island.

My only advice would be: don’t come late at night to marghera from the airport, it feels a bit scary :/

Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, staff were so helpful. It’s about 150 metres from a bus stop that runs directly to Venice and you can buy tickets at reception for a couple of euros. I’d read reviews that breakfast is croissants and coffee - can’t comment on the croissants as I don’t like them but the coffee was excellent. Plenty of space to sit outside and it smells amazing if honeysuckle and something white I need to identify and try to grow at home. It is great value and I loved the place. Will come again. Shared bathroom across the hall, but it is clean and the shower is good. Parking area is small but secure.

Apple Maps located it no problem - area seems a bit industrialish, but there’s a cafe next door and they have a bar.

It's cheap and close to the bus station. Lady in the counter sells you bus ticket to go to Venice so you don't need to search for a place to buy tickets.

Public bathroom is in use of entire floor. You may wait big amount of time for getting in bathroom. I didn't wait there wasn't a queue for bathroom but I stayed only one night. If you are planning to stay longer it might be unpleasant.

Great stay for the price. Location is not that great but you could easily go to Mestre and not worry about the parking when you get back. I like that you also have your own fridge in the room.
