"A perfect base to explore Portmeirion and environs."

Very friendly hosts that weren't intrusive. Great accommodation. The pool was great, we spent the afternoon there reading and swimming great it was heated, we were offered pool towels and a cold drink which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was wonderful

The hosts Paul and Christina were charming hosts and nothing was too much trouble. From the initial greeting to the farewell. The farmhouse was delightful as was the pool. The breakfast was delicious with local ingredients and set me up for the day. I would definitely stay here again.

"Very welcoming hosts"

Warm friendly welcome and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Made use of the lively swimming pool. Room was small but had everything we needed, with a good size bathroom. Lots to fo in the area: beaches, mountain walking, Portmeirion day visit.

Windows difficult to open. Bed a bit soft for our liking.

"Beautiful property with the most welcoming hosts"

On arrival we were greeted by Paul and Christina, shown around the property and then invited to have Coffee/Tea with them. We were asked what time we would like breakfast in the morning and asked if we needed anything else. They both went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home. Breakfast was cooked in front of us and they chatted to us throughout. The room was clean and beautifully presented. We look forward to going back to stay with them very soon. I can honestly say that I have never been welcomed like this anywhere else. They are exceptional.
