1) proximity to airport (15 min) and train station (20 min walking distance) 2) nice comfortable room and modern bathroom 3) easy check in 4) security in building 5) A nearby hotel supported with booking a taxi at 4.45am

1) NOISE. Room Leo faces a noisy street - even with earplugs you can hear cars passing until late at night 2) HOST SERVICE. On my last night, I was struggling to order a taxi for my early morning flight and after 45 min desperately asked host for support. All I heard was “It’s not possible to book a taxi, or better they show the possibility to do it but it’s better to call it minutes before the departure”. No other support was offered and my call/question to help with booking staid unanswered. 😢I totally understand it was 10.15pm on a Sunday night but I got the impression host didn’t really care at all. I would have liked more support. 3) ROOM DETAILS. Coat hanger or possibility to make some tea would be lovely

Clear instructions sent to access the property. Very large bed and television in bedroom with access to Netflix. Coffee provided in room, but no tea (coffee machine only). Big wardrobe available. No view from the room. Heavy security into the room. Very secure. Very close parking which was free nearby (road signage slightly unclear). 30 minute e-scooter ride/1 hour walk into Verona Centre but convenient for us driving. Room was very big and clean but there was an overpowering perfume fragrance. Air conditioning in room which worked very well.

Toilet was slightly cramped due to layout of bathroom. Main building door was unlocked when we arrived but was locked when we left (rooms are accessible via 2 additional locked doors). No elevator so could be difficult with heavy bags. Overpowering perfume fragrance in room. Lock box door at entrance was broken and fairly difficult to unlock with bags in our hands.
