A quiet neighbourhood, good parking Good WiFi.

Not enough instructions on how things operated' eg shower and recycling There was a washing machine but no dryer, line or pegs. No TTowel or basic cleaning products. Another comfortable seat is needed for 4 people.

There were 3 of us, including my elderly mother. The place was warm and comfortable. Lovely kitchen/dining area and comfortable beds. All we needed.

My Mum did OK on the stairs but it may be difficult for some.

The house is in a residential neighborough of Cirencester (around 1.5 mile from the town centre), ideally located to visit the Cotswolds. It is well equipped with microwave, laundry machine, kettle, iron, hoover, even fresh flowers on the kitchen table! And also basic products for house cleaning (hairdryer not available). Very silent place and very confortable beds. Private parking available just in front of the house. The grass in front of the house was not cut but it was not relevavant for us. Self check in and out with clear instructions sent by the owner in the days before the arrival. We have had some problems with the hot water on the first day (it did not come from the tap) but the owner immediately fixed it (a tecnician came out in the day of bank holiday). Owner really available and quick in responding to our questions via the Booking text system. I strongly suggest this 2-floors-house to visit the area.

House was well presented and clean throughout with neutral decoration. Kitchen was well equipped. TV enabled us to connect to our own services. Free WIFI also a bonus. Parking space. Ideally situated to explore the Cotswolds.

The outside space could have been maintained better. The hedge at the entrance to the property should have been cut back to make a wider entrance and the grass, back and front, needed cutting. Couple of loose paving slabs. Some signs of wear and tear (windows and door frames).
