Very good location and the allotment of a parking space was great and worked really well. The staff were nice and helpful.

We would have expected the apartment to have been more clean especially the bathroom. There was a bad smell of cigarettes as if people had been smoking and we saw people smoking on the hallways towards our apartment.

The property was in the perfect location

Broken bed which had just been propped up and not secured properly so had to move mattress into living room so 2 of the 5 people could sleep, when trying to contact you there was never any answer or it was going straight to voicemail

Brilliant location very near Hippodrome & several restaurants. Few minutes walk to Bullring. Very clean, spotless apartment with everything you need incl tea, coffee, biscuits. Tesco Express just round the corner to buy milk etc to put in the apartment's big fridge. Extremely quiet- no traffic or other noise.

Windows look directly out onto other apartments and windows have no net/voile curtains so you have to keep curtains closed when dressing etc. Beds a bit too soft for me.

Nice space/rooms. Well kept and tidy. Good location for ICC.

Would have been good to get the details of the key/access a little earlier to check in.

The decor and the venue meet our needs

There was something dirty on one of the quilts in the double room which was either blood or faeces so fortunately there were spare quilts so I swapped them. WiFi didn't work either
