Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Schönes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und herrlichem Meerblick.Sehr hilfsbereite Rezeptionistin.

Leider hat der vom Hotel zugesagte Gepäck-und Taxiservice zur Fähre frühmorgens nicht funktioniert!

We had a good stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great and it was nice for the value. The only thing is that they could make quiet hours more explicit as there were some guests who were loud at early hours in the morning - they seemed to be moving furniture or something at 5:30am. The hot water was too hot and I am sure this is potentially a problem that could be fixed. Other than that, it was great.

Sehr große und helle Zimmer mit großem Balkon

Frühstück sehr wenig Auswahl und Eintönig. Zimmer mit wenig Ausstattung wie zum Beispiel Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine

Estaba todo muy bien !!

Deberían variar un poco el desayuno , 4 días desayunando lo mismo , cansaba un poco !!

"Decepción por el precio pagado"

La calidad es bastante baja respecto del precio que se paga. El desayuno muy flojo. Las instalaciones muy simples. Hemos visitado estos días otros hoteles en Ecuador y siendo más baratos eran de un nivel completamente distinto. Este no se ubica en la categoría que le corresponde.

La habitación , el desayuno y la ubicación.
