No private parking is available on site, but limited private parking is available in Bootham Row nearby. Further options are available at Union Terrace public car park and Monk Bar car park. Both are at an extra cost of GBP 15 from arrival until 12:00 the next day. Permits are available for this from reception. A full English breakfast can be added for an additional GBP 12.50 per person per night. This can be booked with reception upon check-in. It was a great place. The location i great - just a few minutes walk form the Minster, has grocery stores and cafes nearby. I got a room near the back courtyard - it was very quiet which was great since I sleep with an open window. The place is very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. Would book the same place next time.

"Comfortable b&b, well located."

The location is good, very close to the city walls and York Minster, library, and museum castle gardens. The breakfast is good, wish they had fruit as well. There was a complimentary bottle of prosecco in the room. The staff considered my request for a quiet room and asked which room I would like to stay in.

The tv wifi connection was terrible, I gave up and used the laptop instead. The bathroom has been updated well, but the floor was ice cold in the summer. I had to keep walk around on a towel on the floor.

"Perfect one night stay in the centre of york."

Perfect BnB for my one night stay for work. Very close to the centre for finding restaurants etc and an easy walk from the station. The room was comfy and exactly what I needed with refreshments, toiletries and TV. The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast room lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout - I will be recommending to other colleagues and friends!
