Georgian House & Mews

Location was perfect. Not in the centre of town but not too far out.

A two night stay in this b&b was more than enough. We booked 2 rooms for two couples and although the double room was okay for size, the twin room was a small single with an extra bed squeezed in with no space to move. The rooms did not feel clean and the black gunge on the bottom of the shower screen, which could have been easily cleaned, was disgusting. York is a beautiful place and we will definitely be back but never to the Georgian House.

Excellent location, easy to find with plenty of parking options nearby. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, rooms very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast is really good with lots of options and lovely food, coffee is especially nice. A highly recommended place.
