"For the first time in 3 consecutive years Balmoral has failed me"

The staff being kind

1 I booked a room including breakfast but on the day of arrival when I checked in I was told that what they recieved from booking.com is that breakfast was not included in my booking 2 The sink was dirty with black liquid stain and the toilet looked like it was just used with a toilet paper inside not flushed 3 Shortage of towels (given towels late) every nights we were there 4 Parking was a problem because you will be blocked and have to request for the car to be moved
