TRAVELLER BEWARE!!! NEVER STAY AT SIVANA!!! LOST 3,000 USD!!! Sivana is an awful place - stay away at all costs!! We checked in for a 12-day family vacation and IMMEDIATELY wanted to move out for several reasons (below). we requested hotel management to cancel the reservation and issue refund at 3 pm. They had us hanging for a few hours stating they need to get approval from UPPER MANAGEMENT that never responded. We gave up and just left to another place - it is impossible to stay at Sivana!!! CONCRETE hell!!! Room (i don't know why they call them villas - they are so tiny - barely a hotel room) are made from solid concrete! everything, including sofa, bed, bedside tables, etc. Perhaps in their mind it is easier to clean from a water hose!! This place literally resembles more of a PRISON CELL then a villa/ luxury hotel!!! It gets hot as hell inside. There is one AC but it is on one side of the room and can't service entire room - in the other side where there is concrete "sofa" temperatures get to 34C (above 94F). "Pool" is so tiny - it's more a bathtub instead of pool. There is literally no place to put sunbeds or towels for sunbathing!! Unlike pictures they post - there were NO SUNBEDS, or a place to put them!! The entire tiny room is directly exposed to sun - because there are sliding glass doors for the entire width of the room. You either will have to suffer from room getting crazy hot from sun exposure, or cover glass doors with curtains and stay in the dark. FORGOT TO MENTION - there is ongoing CONSTRUCTION right outside with loud sounds all day!!! They never cancelled the reservation - we LOST 3,000 USD (moved to a different place and paid separately) There are so many beautiful places to stay here in Bali - DON"T fall for this trap, don't pay the scammers and never STAY at SIVANA BALI - awful place they should go bankrupt.

Very well located. Close to the surf spots and facilities. Love the design . The kind of luxury I love . No noise, no music , no TV, just the nature and you . The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will come back ! Bravo !!!

We had the most lovely stay here for our anniversary. The decor of the room is great and the bed comfy. We enjoyed the extra services like breakfast and massages in our room as well as bike rental which was a great add on. Everything was clean and the staff were lovely and on hand for anything we needed. Overall we would highly recommend SIVANA for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Uluwatu.
