Apartman Oliva and Studio Delux for a family with swiming pool, free parking, terace with view at the sea

Mieliśmy wspaniały pobyt. Właściciele są bardzo gościnni, mili i pomocni. Apartament czysty i niczego w nim nie brakuje. Basen ze słoną wodą jest świetny. Willa znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy, niedaleko plaży. W pobliżu są restauracje w których można smacznie zjeść. Darmowy parking z dużymi miejscami parkingowymi. Dziękujemy M&P.

✨ Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cet appartement. Tout était très propre, avec une piscine très agréable et une belle vue. Les hôtes qui nous ont accueillis ont été vraiment formidables : un grand merci à eux ! Ils nous ont gâtés avec des spécialités locales et de leur potager. Nous ne pouvons que les remercier chaleureusement et recommander vivement ce lieu de vacances !

Vi hadde et supert opphold i studioleiligheten. Vi ble tatt vel imot av vertskapet (far og datter) og hadde en lang og hyggelig samtale med dem der vi fikk informasjon om stedet og fikk smaksprøver fra egen vinproduksjon og kjeks. Veldig koselig! Leiligheten var akkurat som bildene og passet oss perfekt. Herlig basseng med sjøutsikt, kveldssol og generelt sol hele dagen. Kanskje ett av de husene som har best beliggenhet og utsikt i dette området. Kort gangavstand til lite supermarked og ellers passe gangavstand til større butikk, bakeri, restauranter og strand. Gode parkeringsmuligheter. Det er 4 leiligheter som deler bassenget og alle leiligheten har sine egne uteplasser. Vi kunne sitte utenfor vår egen leilighet både morgen og kveld (frokost/middag) eller vi kunne gå bort til bassenget for å bade og sole oss på de gode solsengene. Kommer gjerne tilbake med hele storfamilien og leier flere leiligheter på en gang.

Vi foretrekker king bed (180 cm), mens her var det queen bed (150 cm). Vi foretrekker også å ha litt utsikt fra leiligheten. Det var det ikke her, men det gjorde ingenting for utsikten fra bassengområdet veier opp og det var samtidig veldig flott at vi bodde i en leilighet som var tilbaketrukket.

We had a wonderful stay. Owners did everything for our family of four (two small kids) to feel as home and we could not be more grateful. Private pool with salty water and warm welcome with home made "figovica" were just another plus. We can recommend this accomodation.

Les hôtes sont adorables, bienveillants : ils passent tous les jours pour tout vérifier et s’occuper de la piscine , vous offrent toujours quelque chose, ils ont toujours des petites attentions, ils sont polis et serviables. Rien ne manque dans l’appartement : papier toilette, sopalin, sel, poivre, sucrée, liquide vaisselle, pastilles … Honnêtement, c’est plus qu’appréciable d’être aussi bien accueilli avec autant de petites attentions. Merci beaucoup pour votre gentillesse au quotidien.

Les moustiques quasi du matin au soir et rien vraiment pour les chasser ( mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôte) Le manque de luminosité du studio : trop sombre… pas agréable pour manger mais l’espace extérieur pour le logement est top!

God beliggenhet i gåavstand til strand og restauranter. Inneholdt alt vi trengte for en ukes opphold. Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende vertskap. Rent og velholdt både inne og ute.

The property was super! And, the pool is fantastic. More importantly, the hosts were stellar! They are kind, generous and friendly; willing to help you out whenever they can.

Beautifully situated, spacious two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a several-unit building. The apartment is well-equipped and features a private swimming pool for guests' exclusive use. Enjoy stunning views of the pool and surrounding area from the apartment, while the pool itself offers breathtaking vistas of the town, mountains, and sea. Experience unforgettable sunsets every evening. There is a square with parking spaces for several cars in front of the building. Guests can also explore the host's private garden and savor fresh tomatoes and rosemary. The kind and incredibly helpful host made our stay truly exceptional. Welcomed with warm hospitality, we received ongoing support throughout our visit. Our 9-year-old son declared it the best vacation ever. Highly recommended!

It was clean and brand new. The pool was great and Ivan took care of all we needed. It’s perfect for families with kids. It’s close to a local foootball pitch too. We can recomend this 100%!!

Really welcoming & friendly host - we were welcomed with a shot of homemade Croatian spirit and a homemade bottle of very delicious wine. The host family even offered a private barbecue. Additionally, we could contact the hosts regarding any concerns (there weren't any) and questions as well. We were delighted by the efforts and warmth the hosts put into delivering a great stay! :) The apartment was super clean & equipped with everything you need for a relaxed vacation (AC, private kitchen, bathroom including washing machine, bedroom & living room with tv including Netflix). The shared outdoor pool was spacious & sunbeds and umbrellas were provided as well. Further on, there were numerous private parking spaces available. FYI: if you come by car, there is very high traffic on the highway coming from and going to Split. As it is the only main street, plan in a little bit more time if you want to discover the area. Overall, we really loved staying at Villa Ivka & will come back very very soon!! :)
