A surcharge of 30 EUR applies for arrivals after 23:30 hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. In accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, of the Government of Spain, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information in lodging activities, by virtue of the principle of security protection public and citizen security, we inform you that it is the obligation of all guests to provide the personal data required by current regulations as well as sign the traveler parts (all those over 14 years of age; with respect to minors under 14 years of age, their parents or legal guardians must provide the data); as well as show your passport or identification at the entrance to the accommodations. In case of refusal, by virtue of the right of admission, entry may be denied. The internet service is an external service to us, so in the event of any incident/breakdown we will ask the company for its prompt resolution. These incidents will not entail any type of refund to the client since, being an external service, it is not in our hands to be able to solve it. The crib is provided upon request and is subject to availability. Please note that there are construction works going on around the building so there may be noise.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
