"I would think twice to stay in this hotel."

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. Also, it had it’s own restaurant.

Its location is terrible, with a heavy traffic all the time.

Close to everything. The hotel is a reliable place to stay at.

There is wear and tear on the rooms, some maintenance should be done, but otherwise very OK. Godwin Deluxe provide better and bigger rooms if you want that.

"Based on the fact that there are 1000 hotels to chose between, this is a very decent place to be staying at!"

The hotel room toilet is worn and could need a rennovation/fix, but staff is 10/10

"Safe secure hotel for females travelling alone."

I am a woman and was travelling on my own. The staff were great and really looked after me. My room was comfortable and breakfast was on the rooftop and was plentiful. The location was good for me as I needed to be near new Delhi railway station. However, it must be said this neighbourhood is a bustling. lively and noisy part of Delhi. That being said, I love Delhi.
