Good location.

Can be difficult to get in and out of the property, especially if travelling during early hours of the morning/late at night. Steps going up to the bed were steep, so if you were not quite mobile or agile enough this would be difficult. The bed was not comfy, it didn’t seem to have a proper mattress on it. Two people staying in the room and the shower would run cold after one use. Couldn’t use the TV even for background noise as you needed a PIN code.

So there is nothing fundamentally wrong with this venue UNLESS you suffer from any form of claustrophobia - in which case have a think about whether this is right. The apartment is well equipped and a reasonable size for four people however is in a traditional Budapest quadrangle style block, so you come from the street, through a door, along a tight corridor, into a small quadrangle, then go through a steel gate over a double glazed front door into an airlock area (which has the washing machine) and through another door into the flat. Being ground floor it also has grills over the windows. The beds are high up lift bed style with one bedroom above the living area/kitchen and the other above the second bathroom. If you are more used to wide open sleeping spaces this can be triggering - if you are happy that the place has stood since 1896 with no problems, then happy days book as its a nice place.

As mentioned above - as long as you sleep OK given the nature of a Budapest city centre apartment.

Great location and great apartment

Hard to open/close the first metal door - the lock is dysfunctional. There is no washing machine onsite.

Location! Everything we needed :)

Maybe just some extra coffee pods :)

Its in a great location and easily about 20 mins walk to many landmark locations in the city. There are lot of eateries next to the apartment and great bakery nearby. you can also find lot of place to parking on the streets but beware there are always cops around so make sure to take the tickets.

when i booked i specifically choose this place as were wanted two bedroom apartment which is correct as per the description however one bed is on top of the living area and another bedroom is seperate. This puts my family member unfortunately in uncomfortable situation as bedroom is living area without door lacks privacy for changing dress to sleeping etc.
