St John's Old Rectory

La casa es preciosa, la habitación que escogimos encantadora y concretamente la nuestra tenía baño privado. La cama, comodisima y la calefacción la podías regular tú mismo. Tienen un salón con chimenea de uso común súper acogedor y unas vistas maravillosas

En realidad nos gustó todo pero las personas con dificultad de movilidad, tienen que indicar que necesitan una habitación en la planta baja. Ah! La dirección del hotel es un poco confusa en Google. Pide referencias exactas al hotel

Great historical architecture but nicely updated. Beautiful view of the lake. Outside the city, so quiet and peaceful.

The Rectory and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The room and furniture were stunning and meticulously maintained. The bed was very comfortable.

We thought 15 pounds was a lot for a continental breakfast, although it was beautifully served.

Fint gammelt historisk hus med og indretning der passede til huset. Værelse med himmelseng. Venligt personale.

Der kører trafikeret vej nede for enden af huset. Ligger trods dette lidt afsides og der er et godt stykke til fx restauranter.

Stunning building and room exactly as advertised

The property or accommodations were over valued and not worth the price we paid. We also did not like the fact that the bathroom was outside the actual room. For the money we paid they could have provided a welcoming food tray or bottle of wine. There was no place for coffee and pastry in the morning. Not sure why this place is considered a spiritual retreat place.

Die außergewöhnliche Ausstattung der Zimmer. Das schöne alte Haus wurde stilgerecht wiederbelebt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich mit informativen Tipps.

Entfernung zu Restaurants ist schon recht weit und ein Auto empfehlenswert

Hotel con muchísimo encanto. personal muy atento. El desayuno maravilloso con una presentación impecable.

Que el baño estuviera fuera de la habitación en el rellano. Si lo llegamos a saber no hubiéramos seleccionado esa habitación. Creo que deberían especificarlo. La iluminación del baño era casi nula.

Beautiful rooms and wonderful atmosphere. Great views from every room. Wonderful staff, great breakfast. Host was very warm and welcoming.

The only thing was it was hard to find a sign but recognized the place after a couple of back and forth trips on the main road and a phone call. It helped that I recognized the place from images on the site
