PALM TRUE TOWERS 1, Marina Beach Apartment

The apartment was well equipped and had most of the facilities expected. Swimming pool was good and the pool area was clean and well equipped with sun loungers (2 euros a day)

The location was noisy as it was close a busy road junction. The noise from the disco and sports bars below. The approach to the building was run down with broken steps and lights We were not met on arrival as initially advised by Booking.com Check in details and all communication was via WhatsApp. We did not even know the number of the apartment until we asked via WhatsApp. We thought the apartment was expensive for the noisy location. There was limited information in the apartment . e.g how to get to the pool, how the microwave worked.

The apt. is newly renovated to the very nice standard, kitchen, bathroom, floors, tiles, furniture everything is new, barely used - 03/23, kitchen is small but meets expectations for having a nice breakfast, coffee, tea, even small cooking is ok. anything I didn't know ( like the induction oven didn't start) I just msged the owner and she responded within minutes - it only had a parental lock on :D, The owner is very nice, kind, friendly, helpful. In regards to the area - it is very busy even in march, so it is not a quiet place, but we wanted to be close to the beach and bars and boardwalk and we were! I have very specific expectations to the pillows, so the pillows are not soft and thin, rather quite firm, but the mattress is very good, not soft, not hard, sleeping is important isn't it? sofa is excellent, however we didn't use it for sleeping. there is plenty of really hot water as the apt has a big water boiler. nice balcony you can enjoy your breakfast there. cleanliness - well we are freaks, everything needs to be 100% clean, but for the most of the planet it would be that.
