Very clean, modern and spacious home with quality fittings in a central location. Excellent laundry and cleaning facilities. Well-equipped with crockery and utensils, although a pot/saucepan or microwave would have been useful to heat up food. Easy keypad entry. Lots of extra mattresses to cater for different sleeping arrangements. Parking suitable for 1 car, but street parking available about 200m away.

The 4th bedroom on the 3rd floor has two single beds and no windows or bathroom, more suitable for kids or as a spare. One of the main bedrooms on second floor has shower over a bathtub, which may be hard for elderly to climb into.

The house is very spacious and comfortable. It was very clean. Rooms were comfortable and bed was very cosy for all. Quiet neighboring with peaceful environment.

Nothing to dislike.

Excellent location. Short drive into the city. Tranquil and Quiet Neighbourhood. A bakery across the road. The accommodation's modern luxurious design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. There was some issue with the water pressure. Mr. Yun was very attentive and update me on steps they took to find out what causes it.

Open Staircase design without grille on both sides - Watch out if u have young children. The room on the highest floor (the building has 2.1/2 floors) is without ensuite bathroom. Extremely inconvenient for adult tenants. Be prepared to go downstairs every time u need to use the bathroom.
