Happy Apartment - TWA

L'alloggio era carino, come da descrizione e aveva i servizi riportati. La zona abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il centro.

Durante il check in ci è stato comunicato un codice della cassetta sbagliato per cui abbiamo dovuto contattare più volte l'host. Per quanto riguarda il soggiorno purtroppo a causa di lavori sulla rete idrica siamo rimasti per un'intera notte fino al mattino alle 10 circa senza acqua. Fortunatamente avevamo procurato qualche bottiglia da bere che abbiamo usato in caso di emergenza. Purtroppo l'host non ci ha dato soluzioni alternative per l'inconveniente.

The property was as described on booking with everything we needed ( washer, internet, towels, fully equipped kitchen, great WiFi, tv, small balcony. Check in was very easy and an added bonus was two days of free breakfasts ( coffee and pastry) at the cafe downstairs. The only downsides were that the street out front was being torn up with jackhammers the entire time ( you could not hear these in room and was not the fault of the property) making the overall aesthetic of the area less than desirable… they were moving quickly and would be completed in front probably within a week or two. #2. The small balcony overlooked the garden and had two chairs, unfortunately one chair was completely broken ( we notified the owner immediately) and there was pigeon poop covering 1/2 of the balcony. The only other down side was having to remove your own garbage from the unit which is not disclosed before renting nor were we provided directions as to where to dispose of the garbage which was only a small bag. We have never encountered this before in Europe or anywhere else. We had to search for public trash cans then pay to dispose of our one bag… which the cans were located as couple blocks away. Otherwise the location was about 1/3 mile from major attractions directly down the road the property is located on. There are many great restaurants within a short walking distance ( 1-2 blocks) The property was quiet and clean.

Nice location, walking distance to the city centre but out of the rush. Good communication with the owner. Voucher for breakfast downstairs included in prize was appreciated! We had perfect time in Bologna.

Està a prop del centre i és un lloc tranquil.

El matalàs molt tou i potser li falta un rentat de cara al mobiliari.

Amazing location

Room needs some TLC and a lighting upgrade.

The kitchen was well stocked, the location was perfect and we had free breakfast at the cafe next door.

Some places were dusty and when we arrived we did not have bedsheets. After talking to the staff, they brought fresh ones in 2 hours. There was only air conditioning, so it was a bit cold.
