Das zimmer was ich beschtelt habe , habe ich nicht bekommen .. Ziemlich schlechte uberrascung !!! Nach 1 stunde hatte die rezeption ein zimmer gefunden mit ,, mehrblick ,, mindestens bessere kategorie . . Hotel ist sehr laut bis mitternacht / music / . Tags uber laute disconmusic von verschidene seiten verschidene art .. also erhokung ??? Getrenke sind super bielige wein etc .. Also = preiss / verheltnis nicht besonders .. = super laute hotel fuers fuers Junge families ..

Zimer besser onne tepich. Mit tepi Luft ist nicht gut.

Kvalita jídla. Upřednostněni kvantity před kvalitou. I přes obrovské množství jídla jsme měli problém si vybrat. Ani přes dvě urgence jsme se nedostali vůbec do À la carte restauraci. Mimochodem ze 7mi À la carte restaurací jsou pouze 2 v rámci all inclusive. Víno a alkoholické koktejly jsme nepili, protože byly podprůměrné. Uvítala bych alespoň jeden bazén pouze pro dospělé s klidnou atmosférou. Jinak je to masakr. Ve srovnání s hotely Rixos v UAE je tento hotel o dvě třídy níže.

The service was good, but nothing exceptional. The staff are attentive and friendly. The fitness area and programs were excellent, and the kids’ club offers a wide variety of activities with good supervision. The location and the views are great!

A few things were a bit disappointing. The resort is very large and extremely busy during the high season, which is quite noticeable because the grounds are fairly compact considering the number of accommodations. Even in October, which is considered low season, we still had to wait in long queues at the restaurant. Another disappointment was the swimming situation. We stayed in October, and the water was already too cold for comfortable swimming. We also misunderstood the heated pool option—we thought the warmer pool was indoors, but it was still too cold. We later realized there was a heated outdoor pool, but there was no clear information about this anywhere on the property. That said, this may partly have been our own mistake.
