"Place was clean and as described, was only there for one night as I was flying out next morning."

Host was very helpful and communicative, arranged pick up and drop off to airport though him at a very reasonable price which was very helpful. He also pointed out where to grab a quick bite for dinner only a few blocks away. Felt safe as a solo traveler.
