The most brilliant location, as it can be! A lot of museums around, exchange offices. One price shop on st. Rustavely. Two small Spar grocery shops around. All that you may need for ordinary live like tbilisian you can find in this apartment. Three times a fearful but curious and well-groomed local cat came to me through the roof. He did not take food, but agreed to play.

As it's almost the roof, you should pick up your home shoes or wool socks. There is rather cold floor when there is less than +7 degrees outside. It was Ok for me without elevator on the last floor, but for someone it might be more tangible
