GBEverything was fully stocked up and it's clear the hosts take good care of the property. It's on the third floor so it was pretty quiet and no road noise. There was a smart TV and every room was nicely decorated. The location is very central and every attraction was walkable from the property.
Key collection is 7 minutes away by foot. The bed is queen size and the mattress on the bed was really hard. When we slept on the sofa bed, we woke up really itchy with rashes- that was with a bed sheet underneath as well.

There was no hot water at all in the shower, an alarm beeped the whole time, day and night. The washing machine was on and the cupboard it was located in open as if someone was in the apartment when we arrived to check in. No one has responded to my email to question these issues!
