Totul a fost foarte frumos si OK. Carmen de la receptie este o persoana amabila. Camera a fost frumoasa spatioasa si curata. SPA tot de nota 10. Recomand cu drag!

Totul a fost minunat locația în mijlocul pădurii,personalul mai ales domnișoara de la recepție, mâncarea palinca zona de spa piscina saunele totul a fost superb sigur vom reveni.Foarte aproape de centrul stațiunii iar drumul prin pădure spre lacul Ursu și toată zona cu lacuri minunat apropo au înflorit brândușele sânt superbe .

Ușa de la baie din sticlă foarte practică dar cam zgomotoasă.

Tot. Mâncare excelentă, camere mari și curate, personal amabil. D-na Carmen...superbă.

Fiind iarnă a fost cam neplăcut drumul până la baza spa. E prin exterior.
