You have to know that the condominium is brand new! This made us so happy as it wasn't expected. So, every facility is new so in perfect condition. Location was very nice too close to Marbella Old Town. Thanks a mil!

The stay was amazing, very nice people working at this company and the apartment was untouched and brand-new as described. WiFi was also very fast! 300mbps really appreciate this. Thank you very much!

Nothing, we were aware that we were staying in the center of Marbella so in the city.

Very convenient apartment close to Marbella center, shops, motorway, beach. Everything is reachable by foot! We did not hire a car so it was perfect.

It's in the middle of the city so you have to be aware that some noise can be present sometimes, but it didn't bother us.

Very good apartment! Everything is new, the terrace has very nice view over the swimming-pool, also you are very close to the beach and this is the top top of this apartment.
