On the rolling hills of the Cheyenne prairie, the two of us traveled tired and weary. Along the path of Canyon Rd, Ellyn was waiting at Prarie Rose. Seeking food and shelter we asked our friend to book us a table at the Little Bear Inn. With our bellies full and our tired feet, we laid to rest in the Barron Suite. Rested and hungry we woke in this lair to the smell of bacon drifting in the air. Coffee and waffles, then off to our flight. "Private, peaceful place!"

Private, peaceful place, easy to find. Special breakfast and enjoyable host. Amazing western artwork and décor. Spacious bathroom with 2 sinks, shower, and a jetted tub with fabulous bubble bath. We plan on using it again anytime we are needing an overnighter in town.

What an absolutely gorgeous property—quiet and peaceful and perfect. Ellyn is a consummate host and went above and beyond to make sure I had a lovely birthday cake. Nelly absolutely made our stay. She made sure to sit in our laps and greet us every time we returned. Will be returning.

"If you come to cheyenne do yourself a favour and stay here"

I don't mean to sound dramatic but this stay exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Ellyn is perhaps the nicest host (and person) I have met, and I am so happy we did meet. We drank wine and talked about life and traveling for an entire evening. I was solo on the road and only wish I had my fiancé with me to enjoy the lovely room I had.

Nothing - it was so nice.

Ellyn was a great host. She was very helpful with suggestions about things to do and restaurants . The homemade breakfast was marvelous. We will always make sure to stay with Ellyn when in town.

Breakfast was amazing and every morning was a different Breakfast food she was an amazing cook and the most amazing host the photos were amazing but even more amazing in person. Nellie her pup was an added bonus you couldn't ask for more.
