USLocation! Very close to beach, walk right around the corner. Close to drive to La Jolla Village, San Diego waterfront, etc. So nice to sit up on rooftop terrace with the wonderful view, visiting and sipping a glass of wine. Bedrooms were comfortable, living room good for gathering, kitchen excellent, everything clean and cared-for. Parking was not an issue - two-car garage for us, lots of street parking for visitors.
Stairs - lots! No biggie, though.
