Splendide appartement Almadrava - Terrasse sur la mer & accès piéton à la plage

Der Blick auf die Bucht ist schön. Die Matrazen waren ok. Die Küchenausstattung war umfangreich. Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus.

Unangenehme Gerüche aus dem Bad. Photos in der Annonce entsprechen teilweise der Ausstattung. Hier wurde im Verlauf des Aufenthaltes erst teilweise nachgebessert. Klimaanlage nur für Wohnzimmer und Küche, aber nicht nutzbar, weil Filter total verdreckt. Ohne Waschmaschine nur bedingt für Badeurlaub geeignet. Kein WiFi, nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Gesamtzustand etwas verwohnt. Kundenunfreundliche Mietbedingungen (100 % bei Buchung, ohne Stornomöglichkeit und Kaution mit Erstattung erst nach Abreise). Zusätzliche Manko: Lautes Hundegebell im Haus, Lärmbelästigung durch Jetskis und Strand-Disko. Zugang zum Strand ist mehrere hundert Meter entfernt und eher mit dem Auto, als zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Atemberaubender Blick und schöne saubere Unterkunft die alles bietet was es für einen schönen entspannten Urlaub braucht.

Eine Waschmaschine für längere Aufenthalte wäre schön und ein paar weitere Handtücher könnten ebenfalls bereitgelegt werden.

Appartement très joli avec une vue magnifique, un plaisir de prendre ses repas sur la terrasse avec cette vue! Caroline est très attentionnée et toujours disponible en plus d'être très sympathique. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable!

Everything was good, I would maybe consider washing machine a bonus for anyone staying longer period but if was not needed in our case

Great location, just a short walk to the beach and to some beautiful costal walking routes through the national park.

Great balcony and view about 10 min walk to a nice beach. Own parking just in front of the apartment. If you want to have more and better restaurants to choose from you can take a small local bus between Roses and Almadrava (if you don´t want drive).

The Flat was simply perfect for a family vacation on see. Very clean, with everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen, we didn't miss anything at all. Clean sheets and towels, the apartment is very clean. You will find also board games, which we used in evening. The apartment is located high on a hill and that's why the view is fabulous. The road to the beach takes a maximum of 10 minutes, there are also shortcuts, you just have to find them. A very friendly host and willing to help. He welcomed us with a small gift, a homemade jam. There is a supermarket nearby, a small one, and big shops 6-7 km away. The air conditioning is very well placed so that it cools the bedrooms as well. It was the best holiday apartment in the last five years. Thank you Caroline, you are awesome.

If you go to the toilet at night, the water tank makes a noise when it fills, which can be disturbing. But for us, the value of the apartment did not decrease.
