At the second moment, after we booked the apartments and wrote down the entire amount with us, Khoschyain wrote that we must pay the city tax via PayPal of 15 euros. Payment did not go through with us, we offered to give him the money, he refused and said that if we don’t pay, we won’t give him the keys. Then he sent the account details, we transferred him 15 euros and paid the bank a commission of 30 euros.
