Spacious, included washer/dryer, responsive property owner, great location! We had a long stay, and the host did everything they could to make it comfortable and accessible for us. Highly recommend.

Small issue with a smell from previous tenant, which was immediately resolved by the property owner. Very attentive!

Apartment is big enough for family of 4 and we loved staying there. The decor was cute and the beds and rooms were comfy too. Very close to subway station & many cafes around the neighborhood. Also walking distance to Seokchon Lake which we love it so much especially in the morning ❤️ Host very helpful & attentive the whole time during our stay ❤️❤️❤️

My only problem is that sometimes the water might be too hot or too cold especially in the bathroom sink

Great location. Kitchen, laundry, two beds, large living room and dining room area, spacious and clean.

Bathroom is a little cramped. But there is a second sink in a separate room which is helpful!

Good value for the location, which is a few stops away from COEX, Lotte World Mall. Property owner is helpful, polite and responsive.

When you step into the toilet, the shower area comes before the toilet bowl. This made it inconvenient because after anyone showered, we had to dry the floor or else cross the wet floor to use the toilet. (Host was kind to provide bathroom slippers.) The smaller bedroom has windows that are strangely beside the neighbour’s kitchen or laundry area. The windows don’t have black out curtains/ blinds, just ordinary curtains. So the room can be bright at night if the neighbour leaves their light on. It is a basement apartment so insects occasionally enter.

The price for such a luxurious apartment is simply a fairy tale. We thought it would be very bad, but it turned out the apartment was like something out of a fairy tale. There is absolutely everything you need for your stay, the owner is always in touch and answers questions very quickly. out of 10 - 10 points.

The only thing I didn’t like was that we left. I want to go back there again.
