Nice layout and up to date. Balcony was closed during our stay, and I understand maintenance, just a bad week to book. Our building was a bit far from the beach but still had a pretty view.

Condo was not cleaned when we arrived. Owner advised the renter before us requested late checkout and since she was on a cruise, she forgot to update the cleaning staff. She also forgot to tell the cleaning staff that early check-in was approved for us. We drove 7 hrs and then had to wait 2 additional hours to unpack the car. Cleaning was only mediocre then. Still had hair in the drain and pink slimy mold around the shower threshold. Owner compensated with a local eatery gift certificate that we were unable to use, so it was left on the counter.

It is a wonderful location on a beautiful stretch of beach. The unit was lovely and spacious.

There was construction/repairs going on, but we knew that in advance. The view was still magnificent.

It was clean and well appointed and the view was amazing.

I wish it had a washer/dryer. One of the coin machines took my money.

The location was perfect. The view to the beach from the couch was perfect for my mom. The layout of the condo we loved it!!

We wished the property had ramps to beach.
